General Terms and Conditions



Terms and conditions are an integral part of the contract which governs relations between tour operators and passengers. The contract is considered binding once it is signed by both parties. The passenger who is to travel can apply to the offices of the organizers and other authorized agencies in person, by telephone, or other means of remote communication. When signing the contract the customer is obliged to provide personal data and duly provide all documentation required for organizing the trip. The traveler guarantees that the organizers gave all valid data necessary for the implementation of the voyage and accepts all legal obligations deriving from this contract. Organizer guarantees that passengers will travel program implemented in accordance with the concluded contract.


When booking, the customer is required to give the agency all the information and documents required for certain travel program and pay a minimum of 30% of the total price, and the remaining 70% must be paid no later than 14 days before the start of the journey, unless the program is not otherwise specified, or if it is particularly on the agreed installment payment. If traveler does not fulfill its obligation to at least 14 days before departure, it shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the reservation without the possibility of advance payment refund. Reservations "on request" are considered reservations for all services that are not covered by the published programs. For individual reservations cost is a minimum  50.00, and for groups minimum 1.000,00kn, depending on the type of query. Paid reservation fee on request shall be included in the price of travel, and if the contractor for any reason up the confirmed reservation, the organizer will keep the amount paid for the costs queries.

 3. Prices, benefits and discounts

Tour prices include everything stated in the travel program, expressed in kunas, and are based on the exchange rate of kuna to foreign currencies. The organizer reserves the right to change the prices in case of price changes hoteliers, transport, toll costs or currency changes. In the case of price increases of up to 10% did not require the approval of the travel contractor, and the increase is calculated on the unpaid portion of the agreed iznosa. Also, the travel has the right to terminate the travel contract without liability for damages. In case of any changes, the organizer will inform passengers in writing or orally. Services not included in the price of travel are special services, so they travel to and paid separately, and can be requested when registering or booking and pay extra on the price. If a customer asks for a special service during the duration of the journey, they are paid by the representative of the organizers, tourist guide or as specified in the tour program in the currency of the country where the service is provided.  4. Accommodation and categorization

If the travel is not contracted and paid a special form of rooms, suites, special place in means of transport, etc., is considered to have accepted any officially registered room, an apartment or a place in a vehicle, which is described as such in the program, and offered hotels , apartments or other programs are described according to the official categorization of the country concerned at the time of publication of the program.  5. The Client's Rights to Changes and Cancellation

6.    The Agency's Rights to Changes and Cancellation

9.    Trips organised by other organisers / tour operators

For all arrangements where the main organizer of tours Taubek apply these Terms and Conditions, except in the case where the same agent that is not the main tour. 10.  Insurance

 13.  Health regulations
